At the time of booking, a 50% guarantee of the total accommodation cost will be charged. This amount is refundable according to the conditions of your reservation.
The credit card associated with your booking will be used as a guarantee for charging cancellation penalties, damages, or extra consumption during your stay.
All extras will be charged directly at the accommodation.

Check-In / Check-Out

Our check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. However, if you arrive at a different time, we can store your luggage at reception, free of charge.

We kindly ask that you inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time or any changes to the expected time.
Our check-out time is between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. If you wish to check out later, it will be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Reception hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day.

House Rules

Smoking is only permitted in exterior common areas, not adjacent to rooms. Smoking inside rooms or in indoor common areas is strictly prohibited.
Glass cups are not allowed in the pool areas.
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
In common areas, all guests must respect the peace and quiet of other guests and wear appropriate clothing.
For food safety reasons, guests are not allowed to store items in the service kitchen's refrigerators.
For hygiene reasons, consuming food that has not been provided by Monte do Álamo is not permitted in the common areas.
Occasionally, we allow guests to consume beverages not provided by Monte do Álamo. There is a charge of 6€/bottle.​​
