We welcome you to experience our Farm-to-Table journey, whether you are staying with us or are part of one of the cooking classes we offer at Monte do Álamo. With generations of farming heritage, we are deeply connected to the soil and committed to sustainable agroecological practices, using minimal water and energy.

We grow our own organic vegetables at Monte do Alamo, where our garden flourishes alongside our olive, almond and fig trees orchard.
We collaborate with fellow farmers in the area and sourcing what we don't grow in our own garden from them or from the nearby farmer market, ensuring that our produce is always fresh and local.
We craft delightful meals for our guests that truly capture the essence of our land and combining traditional recipes with modern tastes.
