Reservations

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged at the time of booking. This amount is refundable in accordance with the conditions of your booking.

The credit card associated with your reservation will be used as a guarantee to charge cancellation penalties according to the reservation, for damages incurred or extra consumption during your stay.

All extras will be charged directly to the accommodation.

Check-In / Check-Out

Our check-in time is between 3pm and 7pm, however, if you arrive at another time, we can store your luggage at reception, free of charge. Please let us know in advance your approximate arrival time or any changes to the expected time.

Our check-out time is between 9am and 11am. If you wish to check out later, it will be subject to availability and there may be an associated fee.

 

Reception

Reception hours are from 9am to 7pm, every day.

 

House Rules

Smoking is only permitted in the porch area, next to the plunge pool, as long as it is not being used by other guests. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, indoor areas, areas adjacent to the rooms and terraces. We are transforming our space into a smoke-free zone and, from 2026, smoking will not be permitted in any area of the farm.

Glass cups are not permitted in the tank and pool area.

All children must be under adult supervision at all times.

In common areas, all guests must respect the peace of other guests and wear appropriate clothing.

For food safety reasons, it is not permitted to store customer items in the service kitchen refrigerators.

For hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to consume food in common areas that has not been provided by Monte do Álamo.

We occasionally accept the consumption of drinks not provided by Monte do Álamo. There is a cost of €6/bottle.
